A sanctuary for the senses
Playa Pikua invites you to inhabit the coast with all five senses awakened.
An hour from Santa Marta, where the Caribbean's highest mountain touches the sea, Pikua exists in the interstice between jungle and beach.
There, bungalows rise to inhabit an enchanted time, where the symphony composed by the sea with its tempestuous waves, howler monkeys among the trees, and the sounds of exotic species are, together with your stay, the protagonists of a memorable time.
An ecolodge in the Caribbean where the realism of biological rhythms, those of the tides, and of being in living land, is enough.
UN LUGAR PARA SENTIR

A PLACE FOR THE SENSES
Choose your bungalow
Our ecolodge invites you to disconnect in an intimate and authentic space. You stay in private bungalows, small elevated cabins built with wood and palm using regional materials, designed under bioclimatic principles inspired by Tayrona architecture principles that allow natural light and breeze to accompany your rest.
Each bungalow is your own refuge, a place you belong to. It's built sustainably and integrated into the tropical forest, designed so you can experience the beach from a place of calm, enjoying wellbeing and a deep respect for nature. A space where the essential reclaims its meaning: the sound of the ocean, the atmosphere of the wild Caribbean, and the unique energy of the Sierra.

More than a place to stay, a way of living.

Wake with a delicious breakfast by the sea
Each morning is a ceremony. Regional flavors that awaken all your senses.

Relax in intentional spaces by the beach
Terraces and common areas designed for you to unwind at sunset.

Experience moments of total presence
Massage, wildlife & flora sightings, starlight cinema, live music.

Our philosophy
We design for experience, not spectacle. Every bungalow, every terrace, every meal is created with one purpose: to help you reconnect. Playa Pikua exists in the space between the Caribbean and the Sierra Nevada, between stillness and discovery. We believe real luxury is the freedom to do nothing. To read. To watch sunsets. To listen. To be present.
